Each year worthy causes have access to about
$18.3 billion freely available to them. Unfortunately, for the most part,
they have not discovered this source of funds.
Across the United States and Canada approximately 7 million homes are
sold each year using real estate agents. The average home price is close
to $290,000. The most commonly used real estate commission is 6% resulting
in an average commission of $17,400 per home. If the Fundraising Real
Estate programs were used for both sides of all these transactions,
a whopping $18,300,000,000 would be donated to worthy causes each year!
WHERE DOES THE MONEY COME FROM?
It is a long standing tradition amongst real estate agents to pay a
referral fee to agents that send them business. Fundraising Real Estate’s
only business is doing such referrals. At the close of the real estate
transaction, the agent that received our referral pays us a referral
fee. We then donate 50% of that fee to a worthy cause chosen by the
buyer or seller. For the average U.S. home sale, this amounts to a $1,305
donation when their home is sold and another $1,305 donation when they
buy another home. ($1,305 X 2 X 7 million equals $18.3 billion.)
THE PROCESS
People who are considering either buying or selling real estate will
most often first do some research on the Internet and then they will
want to talk to a real estate agent. If at that point they contact Fundraising
Real Estate, we will either have an agent contact them that specializes
in the neighborhood they are interested in or, if they know of an agent
in any company that they would prefer to use, we will have that agent
contact them. There is absolutely no cost to the person buying or selling
the real estate. This is a fast and easy service.

Clearly $18.3 billion is an enormous amount of money available to worthy
causes. In fact, it is actually only a small portion of the true opportunity.
This figure is based on only single family homes in the U.S. and Canada.
The program can work just as well for land sales, commercial properties,
condos, etc. It also need not be limited to only the U.S. and Canada
as agents in many other countries around the world accept referrals.
THE 2ND PROGRAM IS BIGGER THAN THE 1ST
For an individual worthy cause, our 2nd program could very well have
more of a financial impact than the basic program described above. Only
about 10% of home owners move each year and are therefore candidates
for that program. The second program is for anyone who hears about someone
who is considering buying or selling real estate over the course of
a year. That’s includes just about everyone. Many people will
learn of friends, relatives or business associates that are planning
on moving. If by telling these people about Fundraising Real Estate
and their friends use our program, they become eligible to direct an
additional 25% of our referral commission to any worthy cause of their
choosing for the first time their friends use the program. That donation
averages $653 to a worthy cause. A person can send as many friends as
they wish. If an entire worthy cause membership got excited about this
